World’s Top Most Library Acknowledges the History Book Written by Prince Ephraim Nwabuokei, A Nigerian-American Author in Washington DC, USA

On the 20th of February, representatives of the Ugbe Heritage Foundation, led by Prince Ephraim Odiakosa Nwabuokei Maigbor [Engr.] in the company of Prince Peter Methodius-Ngwodo [Dr.] and Dr. Christian Otado Mbulu was well received by the Library of Congress, Washington DC, United States of America. The Library of Congress, represented by Mr. Ted Westervelt, the Chief, US/Anglo Division, of the Library was very pleased and grateful for the meeting with the Ugbe Heritage Foundation representatives and for the latest volumes of "The History of an African Community [Ikhonmioto] :The History of Onicha-Olona Kingdom" written by a Nigerian-American Author, Prince Ephraim Odiakosa Nwabuokei Maigbor [Engr.].

The Library having acquired copies of the volume 1 of the History book some years back, acknowledged the value of the History book series and the high degree of enrichment it is to the world's top most Library, particularly how valuable the book is to the Anglo/African History Studies. Mr. Ted further expressed great delight and appreciation for the opportunity to meet the Prince in person.

The 2024 Edo Language Day Worldwide program, with the theme of the Renaissance of Edo Indigenous Languages , was successfully organized in Canada on August 10, 2024. The event took place at the University of Toronto, Canada. T he First Black Female Member of Parliament in Canada, Hon. Jean Augustine gave a presentation on her visit to Benin City when she was still a member of the parliament. Canadian Member of Provincial Parliament (MPP), David Smith, gave awards to  the Committee Members of Edo Language Day Worldwide program in Toronto and appreciating their efforts and commitment toward developing arts and culture in Canada.  Some prominent Edo personalities present at the event includes: Pa Eghianruwa Ọmọruyi, Lady Aghabiomon Ogbeiwi, and Dr. Harris Enabulele and Dr. Alphonsus Obayuwana,  Nosakhare Alex Ihama,  Mr. Aghahowa Tunde Obazee among others. Canada Vendors/Global Impact Empowerment Hub Celebrate Women at Brampton City Hall & Event at Queen Idia House Art Gallery

Canada Vendors and Global Impact Empowerment Hub celebrated the International Women's Day event on March 22, 2025, at Brampton City Hall and gave awards to some female trailblazers in Canada. I was privileged to be one of the recipients of the awards given by the Mayor of Brampton, His Worship Patrick Brown, and Councillor Rod Power. MPP David Smith also presented an award to Queen Idia House Art Gallery. I received three awards yesterday including one award last week, a total of 4 awards (certificates) for 7 days. Thanks to Canada Vendors and Global Impact Empowerment Hub for the nomination: "An effort made for the happiness of others lifts us above ourselves.” ~ Lydia Maria Child. I would like to appreciation all the guests, who attended the meeting at Queen Idia House Art Gallery yesterday. It was a breath of fresh air.
