Christian Atsu, a Ghanaian soccer star who played at the World Cup and English Premier League, was among many that died from the earthquake in Turkey a few days ago. He was 31 years old. The search teams recovered his remains from the collapsed building where he lived in Antakya, the Hatay province city. The 7.8-magnitude quake killed at least 45,000 people in Turkey and Syria. Condolences to the entire family of Atsu and his fans. RIP!

Some prominent Edo personalities present at the event includes: Pa Eghianruwa Ọmọruyi, Lady Aghabiomon Ogbeiwi, and Dr. Harris Enabulele and Dr. Alphonsus Obayuwana, Nosakhare Alex Ihama, Mr. Aghahowa Tunde Obazee among others.
