Nigerian Canadian Newspaper Award and Councillor, Jim Karygiannis' Award Presentation

Nigerian Canadian Newspaper Celebrates Mother's Day Award Event
On May 4th, 2019, I received an award from the Nigerian Canadian Newspaper and a certificate of recognition from the City of Toronto as one of the super working mothers in Canada who are contributing immensely to the development of their various communities (my third recognition this year). It was a honour to be recognized along with other dedicated mothers, who are going beyond the role of motherhood and shattering glass ceilings.
Thanks to MPP Faisal Hassan (York South-Weston) for attending and presenting the trophies to the awardees. Councillor, Jim Karygiannis also presented some of the awards to the women. Special thanks to the organizer of this event, Ngozi Gertie Ugoh for making this event a memorable one in my life.
